Hidden in 16 acres of woodland, just upstream from the village of Calstock in Cornwall, you’ll find the ivy-clad ruins of Okel Tor Mine. In its heyday a thriving tin, copper, lead and arsenic mine – today a Scheduled Ancient Monument, a National Landscape (AONB), a haven for wildlife and the location of our two romantic retreats.
